Tim has 14 years in auction experience,

as an auctioneer and a Real Estate Broker. He has been involved in numerous real estate and personal property auctions and averages between 40 and 50 benefit auctions per year. Benefit auctions are a great way to raise money for your favorite charity. Tim's live charity auction in Bennington, Vermont for the MOOSE FEST 2006 Gala and Auction raised over $250,000! BEARS IN THE VALLEY Gala and Auction in Wilmington, Vermont raised over $150,000! VERMONSTERS in Dover, Vermont - MOOSE FEST 2009 in Bennington Vermont - BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE in Dover Vermont - SHOELABRATION in Haverhill, Massachusetts were all successful benefit auctions.

 

Tim graduated from Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, has a BAS (Benefit Auctioneer Specialist) certification from the National Auctioneers Association, a Real Estate Broker and a Certified Personal Property Appraiser. He is a current member of the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.

 

Tim is the principal auctioneer at the Smokey Mountain Auction Barn, 3275 Newport Hwy, in Sevierville 37876 (428-1550) every Saturday night at 6 pm. This is the perfect time to witness Tim in action and perhaps acquire a great deal or two. Come see what the FUN is all about!!

The Sevier Chapter American Business Women would like to thank everyone who participated in the success of our 18th Annual Basket Auction and Brunch. Residents, merchants, business owners, and artisans from across Sevier County contributed their time, baskets, basket items, services, and purchased advertising.

A special thanks to the staff of Walter State Community College Culinary Department for a delicious brunch, and remarkable service.

Leading the charge to our most successful auction ever; Tim Milks of Bear Land Realty and Auction, brought not only his mastery of auctioneer skills, a talented group of associates, but also a desire to help local graduates continue their education.

Thanks to you, once again ABWA will offer scholarships to qualifying graduating seniors from public schools in Sevier County � SCHS, PFHS, GPHS, SHS, as well as a qualified seniors enrolled at a private or home school. Qualified non-traditional students, adults returning to school to continue their education are also considered. ABWA also provides professional and personal educational opportunities for its members.
