Tim has 10 years in auction experience,

he not only has been involved in numerous real estate and personal property auctions but averages between 25 to 35 benefit auctions per year. Benefit auctions are a great way to raise money for your favorite charity. In 2005, Tim's live charity auction in Bennington, Vermont raised so much money that Moosefest 2009 has invited him back in October 2009 to do a large benefit gala auction for them.

Tim graduated from Mendenahll School of Auctioneering, is a Real Estate Broker, has a BAS (Benefit Auctioneer Specialist) certification from N.A.A and is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser.

Tim Milks has been an Auctioneer since 1997 and serving the Real Estate since industry since 1999.


Married with two children, Tim is Principal broker and Auctioneer for Smokies Investors Real Estate and Auction LLC. Smokies Investors Real Estate and auction LLC has 12 agents and 3 auctioneers that work with them.


In 2007 Tim and nine other auctioneers agreed to work with Walker Auction out of Memphis Tennessee to form one of the largest benefit auction companies in the U.S.


Tim is a member of the National Auctioneers Association as well as a Certified Benefit Auctioneer Specialist and is State licensed as an auctioneer in Tennessee and Vermont. Tim is also a personal property appraiser.
